Please note, if you prefer us to contact you by phone we typically make phone at sporadic times through the week as we are available. It may take a few days for us to give you a call. Response via email will typically happen within 24 hours. If you would like a guaranteed specific time for a phone call we are happy to schedule a Phone Consultation with you via email.

Our Service Area

We are happy to serve the Greater Austin area with our services. Each of our trainers has their own service area based on their location, as we do not have a central location for our team. Travel fees may apply depending on your location and trainer. We will do our best to pair you with a trainer who's service area you are within to avoid travel fees where possible.

In Maryland we are happy to serve the entire DMV area for Board & Train and Virtual Lesson services and are able to travel as needed for pickups and drop offs within that area. For Pup School, In Person lessons and Adventure Outings we focus on the northern Baltimore area.
